Workouts

Wednesday & friday @ 6:30pm

On Wednesday and Friday we typically start with a 2km warmup at a social pace. The coaches then break the group out into pace groups and move into some faster/harder efforts (e.g. hill repeats, intervals, progression runs, fartleks, etc.). We close out our workouts with a group cooldown. The total distance covered will range from 6-12km.

Long Runs

SUNDAY @ 8:30AM

Our Sunday morning runs are done at a conversational pace and are meant to be run slower than other runs. We have pace groups ranging from <5:00/km to ~6:30/km. We offer 3 distance options: a 6km route and two longer options (16-32km) for those targeting half and full marathon distance races.
